Matias is a partner focused on growth and international companies. Since joining Founders Fund in 2018, he has backed companies including SpaceX, Stripe, Ramp, Rippling, Figma, Wave, Persona, and Scale. He serves as a board director or observer at Trade Republic, Enter, Arq, and Kavak.

Previously, Matias invested at Insight and CapitalG, partnering with CrowdStrike, UiPath, Qualtrics, and Looker. He also operated at Wallapop, a consumer marketplace later acquired by Naver. He holds a BS in Finance and Information Systems from NYU Stern.

Matias is from Buenos Aires and now based in Miami, after a decade in San Francisco, New York, Barcelona, and Shanghai.
