Ellie Pearson is the Head of Recruiting and Operations at Founders Fund. Previously, she was a founding member of the sales team at Square (Block). After the IPO, Ellie went on to specialize in executive search where she worked with early & growth stage founders to build out their go-to-market leadership teams.Her love for team building began in college where she was the team captain of the 2013 NCAA undefeated National Championship women’s basketball team.
